Cancellation policies

How cancellations and refunds work

Different properties follow different cancellation rules. The policy shown on the property page applies to that stay, and any special terms shown during booking will always take precedence.

Flexible

  • Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled more than at least 5 days before check-in date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

Moderate

  • Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled more than at least 10 days before check-in date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

Strict

  • Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled more than or at least 15 days before check-in date.
  • 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled between 10-15 days before the check-in date.
  • No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before check-in date.

Firm

  • Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled more than at least 15 days before check-in date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

General conditions

  • Cancellation policy may vary from property to property. Check the cancellation section at the bottom of the page to know which policy applies to the property.
  • If a new policy is mentioned while making a booking then that will take precedence.
  • Until a reservation has been cancelled on our end, upon cancellation only the reservation cost will be refunded and the tax component will be deducted.
  • If any refund is issued from our end, it will be credited within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
